QUANTUM PAY + TELEGRAM BOT: EXPIRY / QR TEXT FIX

WHAT CHANGED
1) Website checkout expiry now compares using MySQL's own clock (NOW/TIMESTAMPDIFF), avoiding PHP-vs-MySQL timezone mismatch that can mark a fresh order expired immediately.
2) Order status endpoint uses the same database-clock expiry check.
3) Create Order API returns the saved database expires_at and expires_in_seconds=600.
4) QR instructions below the QR now show Order ID, Order Name (customer_name; falls back to Payment Order), a payment instruction, and automatic-verification info. Text is centered, bold, and larger.
5) Telegram bot's pending order timeout is now 10 minutes (600 seconds), and its expiry message says 10 minutes.

INSTALL
A. WEBSITE
- Back up the current website files and database first.
- Upload the CONTENTS of the `website` folder to the website's document root, replacing the corresponding files.
- Keep your existing config.php/database credentials; do not overwrite it with another site's credentials.
- Relevant updated files: payment.php, payment_status.php, api/create_order.php, api/order_status.php.
- Do not run install.php unless you specifically need the project's database installer/upgrade.

B. TELEGRAM BOT
- Back up the live bot PHP file.
- Replace the live bot PHP file with `telegram_bot/keybot.php` only if this is the same bot version/schema as the supplied file.
- Existing pending orders created more than 10 minutes ago will still be expired; create a NEW order to test.

VALIDATION
- Updated PHP files were checked with `php -l` and reported no syntax errors.
- ZIP integrity was checked.
- Live database, hosting timezone, Telegram delivery, and real payment verification could not be tested from this package build. After upload, create a fresh test order and check the countdown starts near 10:00 and decreases.
